  Educational Support Groups
Facing a diagnosis of ALS can be very emotionally exhausting for the patient and family.  Knowing where to turn to for information and support can be frustrating. The ALS Association Kentucky Chapter's area Support Groups aim to provide not only emotional support, but also create a safe atmosphere to educate families and to help link individuals together who are living with ALS.  Our support groups help to foster a greater understanding of the disease by providing speakers that educate on all aspects of daily living plus time for patients and families to discuss current issues that they are dealing with.  Come join us for a meeting!
